2006

Josh graduates from Northeast Community College in Norfolk, Nebraska with Associate degrees in Electrical Construction and Control + Electrical Mechanical Technology.
2009

The Holmquist Family moves to Josh's hometown of Burwell, Nebraska, where Josh begins working for a local electrician who also sold and serviced Reinke pivots.
2011

Josh earns his Journeyman License.
2012

The journey into the entrepreneur life begins with Josh and a friend starting their own electrical company.
2013

Josh earns his Contractors License, the highest license recognized by the state of Nebraska.
2014

Josh & Sara buy the up-and-coming Normal Roasting Company and begin educating themselves extensively on the coffee industry.
2017

Josh shifts from electrical to plumbing as Normal grows rapidly and needs more attention.
2018

Josh moves into the coffee industry full-time as Normal opens its coffee shop in the same building as the roastery.
